Wasatch Trails Foundation

Tech Stack Strategy, Web Design, CRM migration, Brand Identity & Design

Web Development for Program Education and Fundraising

Services: Website Redesign, CRM Migration
Before: The WTF team was stuck with an outdated site that didn’t tell their story well and a clunky tool that made edits difficult and fundraising harder to track.
After: Take Hold and the WTF Executive Director and board worked to design an organizational communications hierarchy and mobilized these areas of interest across a brand new Squarespace site. The easier-to-manage site was approachable and customizable for WTF Staff and interns. TH transitioned donor management and migrated organizational records to a fundraising specific CRM, GiveButter—which modernized both their communications and contributions flow.
Outcome: Increased donations, easier trail calendar updates, and a more inviting online presence.

Brand Identity & Design, Fundraising

Brand Identity & Graphics

Services: Brand Messaging, Social Media Design, Fundraising Strategy
Before: Wasatch Trails had community support and big goals—but needed a more memorable, consistent voice to rally donors and outdoor enthusiasts around their mission. Their content lacked the punch and polish to inspire action.
After: In collaboration with Writer and Associative Creative Director Scott Wolf, we developed a bold, trail-ready brand voice and a series of slogan-driven social templates tailored for fundraising. Messaging spoke directly to the outdoor community—highlighting stewardship, shared ground, and the impact of every dollar raised. To give the Foundation a distinct, scalable look, we created a silhouetted graphic style that provides visual consistency while inviting the viewer to see themselves in the outdoors.
Outcome: A set of clear, repeatable campaign assets that were easy for the team to deploy—and impossible to scroll past. Wasatch now fundraises with a voice and identity as strong as its trail network.
